Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Peckman to Sr. Financial Analyst

York, PA – February 1, 2022 – Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the promotion of Erik Peckman to Sr. Financial Analyst. Erik joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in January 2020 as a part of the accounting team. He supports the operations team by conducting detailed underwriting of transactions for investors, owners and lenders, as well as regular performance reporting for the portfolio stores managed by Investment Real Estate Management. This includes development planning, determination of growth projections, seven-year proforma forecasting, expense modeling and return calculations.

Prior to joining the IREGC, he graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a GPA of 3.7. Erik majored in Finance, was in the Honors Program and achieved Dean’s List. During his college years, he worked as a Media Relations Assistant in the Athletic Department for the university, and was a Tax Preparer Intern with Nehemiah Gateway.
